Sonia’s signature workshops run throughout the year. The nature of the workshop hails from training, to one day short workshops to multiple days workshop depending on subject. With more than 20 years of experience in facilitation, she offers eclectic, integrative and creative approach towards her work. Her workshops are process oriented and self-empowering inspiring one to take their own journey of Self-Work* She also does workshops that focus on cinema, filmmaking, story coaching, screenwriting, improv practices for actors and artist to integrate their sense of self into their artforms. The workshop is open for individuals, organizations, corporates, artists, seekers, professionals, healers, therapist, social health care professionals, and any one and every one on the path of living.
